Jail Break alternative p4

This is a nine page comic that I had an idea for after reading the Jail Break two issues of Sonic Universe where Scourge and some others break out of Zone Jail.

I thought "hey maybe they could free Cheshire, too."

I wanted to do it for fun. I forgot that Frog dude's name entirely though and I also forgot how to draw him. Ubuu.

Anyway, he developed a way to keep Cheshire under check using a hacked version of the Zone Jail's cuffing system.
